Know the origin

More than 40 years ago,

we set out on the journey to make our own beer.

In 1981,

we opened our own brewery and created a beer adapted to the Mediterranean climate. Lighter than Central European beers, which are designed for colder colder climates, we know it as

DO Beer.

To this day, DO Beer is made using

that original recipe from 1981

the result of combining of barley malt, rice and hops,

100% natural ingredients,

no additives or preservatives.

The quality of these ingredients is our priority, which is why we work directly with local

local farmers.

Once selected, the barley arrives at the malting plant, where it is first germinated, then dried and roasted. Germinating our

own malting plant.

Yeast is another ingredient that makes us unique, and we have been using

the same strain

for many generations. If it were to be lost or damaged, our flavour would change.

Good things require patience, and fermentation and maturation fermentation and maturation. We keep it for

a week in the fermentation tanks and two weeks in the storage tanks.

We have eliminated plastic rings from DO Beer.

From 4 April 2020, we will replace 100% of the decorated plastic on can packs with cardboard.

64% of our packaging is returnable and 100% is recyclable.

The bottles in the catering industry are returnable. They are made of resistant glass, which ensures that we can give them as many lives as possible. When the bottles are worn out, they are recycled to make new bottles.

We reduce water consumption
and use certified green electricity.

We have reduced water consumption by 42% in our factories and 100% of the electricity used is green.
